Using AnyDesk we can provide remote support by accessing your computer to assist with any issues you are having with your Learning Journals account.

  1. Please click on the appropriate logo below (Windows or MacOS) to enable remote access.
  2. Run the application once downloaded – if you are offered the option to Run or Save, select Run
  3. You will be shown an AnyDesk address for your computer, give this to your support representative to begin the session.
